Montevideo’s nightlife offers options for all tastes. The Pocitos neighbourhood features modern bars with live music and creative cocktails. Ciudad Vieja hosts traditional pubs and venues offering tango or candombe performances.

For quieter atmospheres, Punta Carretas’ café concerts feature jazz and acoustic music. During summer, seaside terraces are excellent for drinks with Río de la Plata views.
